Y&R Services was founded in 2015 with a goal of providing a range of bespoke services designed to make compliance simple and effective. Our belief is that there is a key to successfully managing regulatory requirements, consumer rights whilst maintaining commercial viablility which is derived from an effective business strategy that promotes competence, accurancy, transparency and honesty.
We like to offer a bespoke service to our clients, delivering services based around identified requirements. We appreciate the need for good governance and adopting a best practice approach which we achieve by delivering a clear action plan for our clients to help them navigate through the complex financial regulation.

Rachel has worked within the Financial Services sector including consumer credit, insurance, mortgages, debt management and wealth management for over 25 years. during which time she has gained a wealth of experience predominantly within compliance and risk functions.
Rachel has strong facilitation skills, and a wealth of experience working with employees from Director through to entry level. Her strengths lie in being able to quickly adapt to any situation to create a successful outcome. This is achieved by working collaboratively with her clients to develop and implement pragmatic action plans, and solutions.

Yasmin has over 20 years’ experience, holding senior positions with Santander, Capita and Optima Legal. She has gained a wealth of experience predominately, within operational strategy, business service and retention, client and supplier management, compliance and debt recovery and litigation.
Yasmin’s attention to detail, knowledge, commitment and overall enthusiasm to get the desired results make her an asset to any business.
Always putting the customer at the heart of what she does, Yasmin’s strong leadership and people motivator skills will encourage employees at all levels to achieve their best.
